Shipping & Returns

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States on orders over $150.
Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $7.


Processing Time

Most orders ship within 2–7 business days.
Because every swing is handmade, occasionally a material does not meet our standards and may delay production.

If you need your order by a specific date (such as a shower or birthday), please contact us so we can confirm timing.


Estimated Shipping Times

  • United States: 2–4 business days

  • Europe: 2–4 weeks

  • Australia, New Zealand, Oceania: 2–6 weeks

Shipping times are estimates only and depend on our carriers. Actual delivery time may vary.


Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import fees.
Sweet Swinging is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Returns & Exchanges

 


Return Window

  • We have a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In the same condition as received

  • With tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Restocking & Return Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to returns.

  • Return shipping costs are a flat rate of $10, or $20 for Grow with Me Swings.

  • If you receive a refund, both the cost of return shipping and the restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

How to Start a Return

  • Email us at info@sweetswinging.com (or contact@sweetswinging.com).

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.

  • Expect approved returns to be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange a swing, please reach out to info@sweetswinging.com.

  • You will be responsible for any price difference between items.

  • Exchanges are subject to a flat rate $10 shipping fee to return the original item to us.

  • Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure it is eligible for return. At that point, we will process the exchange and send your new item to you. (Note: Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary).

Damages, Issues, & Missing Items

  • Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • If you think something is missing from your order, please send us a picture of your packing slip, the box/packaging, and the items you did receive.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
