Shipping policy

Orders that quality for free shipping will be shipped via USPS ground advantage or UPS Ground Saver.  Rush service is available for market rate.  Reach out to customer support if your order needs faster delivery.

Should you need to return your order for any reason, you will be responsible for return shipping.

If a package is undeliverable due to invalid address, you are responsible for paying shipping to redeliver. 

The Original Tree Swing products have free shipping for orders over $175 and flat rate of $15 for The Oval Swings.

International shipping

International customers are subject to import fees and taxes. This is the responsibility of the customer and is not included in the price of the delivery services selected at checkout.
