- To clean your swing, we recommend spot cleaning as the first option. However, we understand that kids and babies can be messy, and sometimes spot cleaning may not be enough. If that's the case, you can disassemble the swing and wash it gently. We recommend taking a picture of the swing before disassembly so that you can easily reference it when reassembling the swing.

The "Ceiling Height" option refers to the ideal height for optimal swing interaction, not the rope length. This is based on your ceiling height, ensuring the swing sits at the right level for comfort and safety.
- Not sure of your ceiling height or buying as a gift? We recommend choosing the tallest ceiling height. This gives you flexibility and allows us to guide the recipient on making any necessary adjustments.
- Ideal Swing Height: Our swings are designed to sit between 24–36 inches off the ground when installed.
- Want feet on the ground? If you prefer the option for feet to touch or be near the ground, select a taller ceiling height for more adjustability.
Choosing the right ceiling height ensures a better swinging experience and allows for easy customization.
Pillow options
Pillow options
You can select 0, 1, or 2 pillows to enhance your swing experience. While pillows are not necessary for a great swinging experience, they offer added comfort and support—particularly for babies who are still developing the strength to sit up on their own.
- Why choose pillows? Pillows provide extra support for babies who need help maintaining an upright position while swinging. They can be placed:
Underneath the baby's bottom
Behind, in front, or on the sides to gently wedge a smaller child in place. - Pillow Size: Each pillow measures approximately 11 x 11 inches, making them the perfect size for both comfort and style. They also work as a charming accent pillow when not in use for the swing.
- Easy to Clean: Each pillow includes a removable, washable cover for convenience.
While pillows are optional, they can add comfort and peace of mind during the early stages of your baby’s development.

Always supervise your child when in a swing. Please do not leave them unattended.
Baby must be able to sit unsupported to use the swing.
Wood is natural/ untreated which means it is NOT designed for prolonged use exposed to elements. If left outdoors both the fabric and the wood are subject to color distortions and extreme wear.

We recommend The Low Back and The High Back for kids 6 months to 4 years weighing up to 55 lbs.
Our weight recommendation is conservative because we put safety first.
If your child is not yet sitting we recommend The Grow With Me Swing.

I got this swing for my 15 month old and, as expected, he LOVES it. He begs to swing every day, multiple times a day. My 5 year old (~40 lbs) also loves it and swings in it regularly. My husband and I love it because it can be taken down when it’s not being used (or we are tired of pushing the kids in the swing 😅 - out of sight, out of mind). And we also love it because we are able to get a little housework done while our littlest guy watches from the swing instead of being under foot.
It was so easy to install and is sturdy and high quality. We bought tree straps too to use when we go camping (not leaving it out in the weather when not in use of course), but haven’t gotten to test those out yet.

Seriously, the best investment for active kids who want to play in all conditions!
We live in Washington where it rains 75% of the time. Does that stop my kiddos from wanting to play? NEVER! This swing was made for the elements. It has held up extremely well during our rainy season. Look just like the day we bought it! But it doesn’t compromise on style. As a self proclaimed “slightly sad beige mom”, this swing has hit the mark on the aesthetic. The other bonus is both my kids can use it. The 1 year old and the 3 year old. It safely fits them both! 10/10 cannot recommend this swing and this amazing company enough!

The best investment!
This swing is perfect and the best investment. It was easy to hang and the quality/print of the fabric can’t be beat. My son absolutely loves to swing and it’s nice that we have this in our playroom. My only regret is that I didn’t get one sooner. The palm print is the perfect neutral as well!

Where can I hang my swing?
The swing can be hung from any stable beam or stud in a ceiling It's important to make sure the beam is not rotting or weakened. To find the ideal location for the eye bolt, a stud finder can be used. For more detailed guidance and information, please refer to our full Installation instructions. In addition, our swings can also be hung using our optional tree straps, for outdoor day use only providing even more flexibility in where you can enjoy your swing.

The recommended weight limit for our swings is 55 lbs for The Low Back & The High Back and 65 lbs forThe Grow With Me.
What is the best # of pillows?
What is the best # of pillows?
We believe you know your baby best. Our answer for this is that it depends. Children who are watchers and tend to relax and take things in often do great with none. Others who like to lean and reach can benefit from the support of a pillow behind them to keep the space for that front to back movement to minimum. We recommend two pillows for kids who might be on the smaller or weaker side and could use a little extra padding for support.
